POWER OF ATTORNEY REGISTRATION
With effect from 01 Nov 2009, power of attorney registration should be done in the presence of both (Power Agent as well as owner). Photos of both should be affixed and signed by both.
As on date, in the EC, power registration transanctions are not reflected. But here after this may also reflect in the EC.
